Joey has been my fitness trainer for many months, and she has been an outstanding partner. She is fun, extremely reliable, and supportive of my fitness goals. Joey always ensures my form and technique are correct to prevent injuries and creatively adjusts exercises on the spot if they cause any discomfort. Initially, I was given a basic nutritional plan to help calculate my calories, but Joey went above and beyond by offering food substitute suggestions tailored to my vegan diet. She even found a vegan protein shake for me and provided numerous tips and tricks for identifying sustainable food options when I am on the road. Joey has been incredibly supportive and resourceful throughout my fitness journey, always seeking ways to help her clients maximize their fitness goals. I highly recommend Joey, as she listens and encourages her clients to push themselves, even on challenging days.

Had a great experience as a total gym newbie doing personal training with Joey. Joey has been a big help - breaking down and demoing exercises then staying attentive during sets to ensure I’m activating the right muscles and staying in good form. She’s always happy to answer questions on workouts or nutrition and is excellent at thinking on her feet when peak hour crowds mean our next planned piece of equipment/machine is occupied. Thanks Joey for keeping the vibe light and bubbly while still challenging me to push and reach new weights. Definitely feeling stronger after just 10 sessions 💪☺️

I started off not knowing how to do anything in the gym (tbh I was pretty intimidated at the start and felt awkward thinking about going to gyms in general). Now I'm much more comfortable being in the gym and knowing how to do different kinds of exercises with the equipment around. it's all a big thanks to Joey for being so patient and cheering me on along the way. 

I've never been the kind to enjoy exercise, but I've always ended up looking forward to our PT sessions at the end of every week. it's been lots of fun, a great stress relief and I've learnt so much along the way :). 

 

I'd definitely recommend doing PT with Joey, especially being new to exercising in the gym, it's nice to have someone by your side to guide and support you along the way :)

In addition to body shape, she provides so many health-prioritized professional suggestions. I overcame the fear of food and weight with her and also got her help in my foot injuries. Love that it's not only a physical shaping gym but also a mental wellness center for me!
